Thanks guys, i'm fine just not my usual self, having a hard time at work lately and just dont know what to do. As some of you know i took the assistant cook job on and i find it really hard to tell other peol what to do but it is coming slowely i have learned there is just ways to do it. Well my boss keeps saying you need to be firm and tell them and then when i do it she goes over my head, and if some one dose something wrong it my fault cause i am there boss well should i react well it your fault you my boss. How do i tell her every time she tells me to tell them she underminds me so pointless me doing it, She keeps saying i am having two week of in october and if my daughter has her baby early i am having two week off cause i am entitles i feel like saying good be better with out you, A few of the workers have said why dont i just get my own kitchen cause i do everything anyway. She has got her daughter on and alls you hear is my daughter this my daughter that.

OO she sounds a bit of a nightmare, Tina Perhaps you should just politely tell her how it is, or if not too good an idea maybe just tick the days off on the calendar till she has that time off. Take care ~ love Liz xxxxx

HI Tina
I'm sorry you're having problems at work. I bet when you're on your own when she's on holiday, you'll do the job perfectly!
